INSERTING MARQUEES

Marquees are useful simple animations of your text to brighten up you page.

marquee can be used to make your text continuously scroll

or slide from one side to other

Sadly they can only be seen on internet explorer browsers

To create one just click insert -> marquee. (alternatively highlight some text and do this)

Simply enter your text in the (A) box.

You can control it's (B) direction of travel and (C) rate of movement. Marquees can either (D) slide, scroll or alternate in movement patterns. As with any text you can set the (E) alignment and the (F) size. You can also set the (G) number of times the marquee will scroll and what the background colours is.

You cannot see marquees in action on Frontpage Express but if you save your file, you can check them by using IE to view your page. However only IE browsers can use this type of marquees
